High School Black Student Union (BSU)@UHS
The Black Student Union (BSU) is a student organization for students of color and
allies interested in improving the quality of life for students.
BSU functions to:
- Promote academic leadership skills among its members
- Provide information through educational, cultural, historical, societal, and community programming that reflects African-American student life
- Promote unity and communication among students, faculty, staff, and administrators of color and improve the retention of a diverse student body at ULS
- Support the local black community through service projects.
Membership Requirements
BSU@UHS is open to all high school students.
