LSU Lab School Celebrates Academic Excellence with College Signings

[Baton Rouge, Louisiana, April 22, 2024] – The Louisiana State University Laboratory
School (LSU Lab School) is proud to announce the upcoming college academic signings
scheduled on April 23 and April 24, 2024. This momentous occasion marks the achievements
of our talented students who have demonstrated exceptional academic prowess and dedication
throughout their high school careers.
The college academic signings took place over two days, showcasing the diverse range of colleges and universities that LSU Lab School students will be attending in the fall. These signings not only celebrate the academic achievements of our students but also highlight their commitment to pursuing higher education and making significant contributions to their chosen fields.
31 seniors signed with LSU and more than 40 are off to other in-state schools, such as Xavier University and LA Tech, as well as out-of-state schools including Ole Miss, USC, Dartmouth, Duke and Syracuse.
The event featured a series of ceremonies where students officially commited to their
respective colleges and universities, surrounded by their peers, teachers, and proud
family members. Each signing will be a symbolic gesture of the students' hard work
and determination, as well as a testament to the support and guidance provided by
the LSU Lab School community.
