What does it mean to be in National Honor Society?
Students who carry the distinction of NHS membership should understand that the most important, critical considerations are unimpeachable moral character, academic honesty, integrity, cooperation and reliability, genuine concern for others and the community, and evident work ethic.
Students who seek to become members of the University Laboratory School Chapter of the National Honor Society: -uphold exemplary principals of morality and ethics. -demonstrate commendable leadership in the classroom, athletics, clubs, and the community. -work in notable service to the school and community. -maintain the highest standards of academic honesty. -adhere to the highest standards of excellence in academic endeavors by maintaining a 3.7500 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
