Annual Appeal Your Gift Matters
The Annual Appeal is a vital recurring resource made
possible by parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends. The
Annual Appeal raises unrestricted dollars for the Lab School’s most
important operations including:

Student Enrichment – fine arts programs,
library, physical education, technology and academic programs,
and

Annual gifts are utilized in the same year received and
have an immediate impact on students. These gifts provide the school
flexibility to seize unfolding opportunities as well as meet its most
pressing needs regarding educational innovation. The Lab School’s resources
are based on tuition and funds from the state’s Minimum Foundation Plan (MFP).
These resources alone are not enough to maintain the high caliber programs –
academic and extracurricular – you rightly expect from the University
Laboratory School. The remaining funds must come from private donations.
Your donation enables the School to offer the very best for its students
while keeping tuition as low as possible.
The Annual Appeal is the largest and most critical fund-raising effort for
the day-today business of education provided by the University Laboratory
School. That is why the entire Lab School community values the importance of
each and every gift. Your contribution to the ULSF Development Fund remains
significant to preserving a quality faculty and the very best educational
opportunities for your child.
Our success is the result of many factors: exceptional teaching and
mentoring from dedicated professionals; a family atmosphere that fosters
collaboration among parents, faculty, and students; the involvement and
interaction of young and old through events like Grandparents Day, and
holding true to our school motto – “Total Effort in Every Endeavor”.
Contributions may be made by pledge, payable over calendar year 2007, or may
be paid by check, credit card, or even gifts of stock. Your gift, large or
small, combined with those of many other donors, will benefit each and every
student.
